Description:
The double density rubber foaming &mould-pressing machines, model EXM-2YB and EXM-2YC) are specialized machines for shoe making industry. The machines use double density rubber as raw material, which firmly sticks on the shoe uppers throught single or double colour sole moulding and vulcanizing process. The machines are specially used for making of military boots, cloth upper shoes, casual shoes, slippers, sport shoes, safety shoes, etc.

. One pair of shoes or soles can be made by each pressing

. PLC control. Both manual and automatic controls are available.

. By automatic double colour shoe/ sole pressing process you can start the automatic exhausting function if necessary.

. With temperature indication and step heating for last, base plate and side mould.

. Manual last turn- over and base plate up- down moving functions are available.

. Paralled mould closing mechanism through double cylinder toggle unit is used.

. With large size mould frame

. Single cylinder toggle mechanism for last pressing.

. Both manual and automatic operation for each station. Automatic timing for vulcanizing.
